Fellow Rotarians,
What a successful day! Sincere thanks go to Alana for organising what turned out to be a most enjoyable day…a day of fellowship in the best Rotary tradition, a day of laughter and fun not to mind finding a new way of going to Kinsale. Trust an American to show us locals the way!
Special thanks also goes to the drivers….Alana and Margie (who not only planned the day but also took great care of the less mobile amongst our visitors), Sheila, Ger and Dave. Thanks also to Noel who stepped in at the last minute to act as chauffer only to find he wasn’t needed. Thank you also to those members who made a special effort to attend today…your presence was appreciated.
Strong links were forged with the Dublin North club and we have been invited to visit them on a Tuesday of our choosing. I certainly intend to take up this invitation but I am
calling rank here and saying it will be during school holidays
